Hello, so I have ordered safeer kufi white and black both of 23 size I have received both23 only, the quality Mashallah it's very good, but the black one fits me perfectly and white is a little bigger the tag on the cap 23 is same, still it's little bigger. White feels a bit loose.. Not soo but a little, it's like you won't get Mark once u remove from your head but in case of black u will get Mark, as it won't fall. So according to me black take 23 and white 22.5 rest is on you.
